Beckenham Early Learning is a family run early childhood education centre. We care for your children as if they were our own in a home away from home environment. We carefully select our educators to ensure they share our strong family values and will provide a warm and loving environment which helps build confidence and self-esteem necessary for children to learn and develop.
We have low staff turnover which enables your children to develop long term meaningful relationships and always feel secure. We are proud of our diverse and inspiring team of educators, they know every child, regardless of what room they are in, this provides your child with a sense of belonging and security.

Hello and welcome to Beckenham Early Learning! I’m Vivienne, the proud owner and founder of this nurturing haven for young minds. As a dedicated nurse and childcare professional with over 40 years of experience in England & Australia, I am genuinely passionate about creating a positive and enriching environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
The dream of establishing Beckenham Early Learning was born out of a desire to create a space where children could flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually. I envisioned a place where parents could entrust their children to a team of passionate and dedicated caregivers, knowing that each child’s unique potential would be recognized and nurtured.
As the owner, I am hands-on and deeply involved in the daily operations of the service. I firmly believe that each child is a unique individual with their own strengths and potential, our programs are designed not only to meet their developmental milestones but also to instil a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
Looking ahead, my vision for Beckenham Early Learning is to continue evolving and adapting to the ever-changing needs of the families we serve. I am dedicated to maintaining a standard of excellence that sets us apart as a trusted partner in your child’s early education journey.

Hello, my name is Leanne and I am a proud owner of Beckenham Early Learning. I am dedicated owner with a passion for providing a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
My career started in accounting, credit, and finance where I gained valuable experience in various roles predominantly in the mining sector.
Driven by my entrepreneurial spirit I joined my mum Vivienne at Beckenham Early Learning with a shared vision for offering a high-quality childcare experience.
I thrive on providing comprehensive early childhood education programs tailored to the individual needs of each child. My hands-on approach and dedication to fostering a supportive environment for both children and our staff have ensured Beckenham Early Learning has continued to be a highly rated childcare service within the community.

My name is Aparna, I started my journey in 2018 with Beckenham Early Learning Centre as Qualified Educator. In 2020, i decided to complete my bachelor’s in early childhood education to increase my knowledge and skills to provide and support young children’s learning.
Working with such a happy, seasoned, committed, and informed team, who share my love and excitement for working with children is a delight.
As an early childhood education centre teacher, my passion for education burns brightly. It ignites my desire to nurture young minds and empower them with the tools they need to thrive. Every day, I step into the classroom with a deep sense of purpose, knowing I can shape the future by laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
Having an Early Childhood Education degree was the first step on my early education path. My studies have given me a thorough understanding of learning theories, child development, and the most effective ways to instruct young children. Equipped with this understanding, I can create a curriculum that is both captivating and suitable for my students’ developmental stages, catering to their varied needs.
As an early childhood Teacher, my teaching philosophy is based on the idea that each child is an individual with distinct abilities, passions, and learning preferences. I aim to establish a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that makes children feel important, encouraged, and motivated to learn about their surroundings. I think we can cultivate a love of learning by offering practical, immersive activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
